Company Profile

A local building and renovations company established in 1992 by Stephen Clark, Restoration & Renovation was a Sole Trading Business. After 10 years and due to company expansion, the decision was made to become Ltd in May 2002.

Since then, more staff has been employed and the company has been able to facilitate requests for their services throughout Scotland (due to the very high level of commitment to quality and pride in the workmanship which they are renowned for). In essence, it has been a very successful move.

Who we are

Stephen, the Director of the Company, is very much hands-on where the business is concerned.

Fiona works in the office and will often be your point of contact over the phone for general enquiries or follow-up calls.

Currently, with a team of 12 workers including builders, joiners, roofers etc. we are fortunate to have a fantastic mix of skills within the workforce. This means we can cater for various jobs and can supply all trades.
